The Life of St. Justin Martyr
Justin searched through the great schools of philosophy looking for the truth about God. An old man he met walking by the sea told him about the prophets and Christ, and his heart was set on fire.
He opened a school in Rome to explain the faith, and his writings give us a precious picture of how early Christians worshiped. He died a martyr with several of his students.
